Scavenger AI is a Decision Intelligence platform that helps mid-sized companies create their own data analyses in seconds using natural language.

As a Full Stack Engineer (Python & React), you will be part of our core team. You’ll work directly on the product with experienced colleagues in Tech, Data, and Product.

Your responsibilities:

  • Frontend: You will develop data visualizations and user-friendly chat and BI interfaces.

  • Backend: You’ll enable AI-powered data engineering with BI and ERP systems, build SQL database connectors, implement semantic layering, and automate data cleaning processes.

  • Testing: You’ll conduct manual testing and “human sense” checks based on LLMs, and test new features together with our users.

  • Innovation: You’ll contribute your own ideas and actively shape the product strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 4 years of experience with Python and React

  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, and Data Science

  • You’ve already fine-tuned models

  • Experience in startups or tech environments; you're excited about ownership and responsibility

  • Academic or professional background at a top university, tech company, or research institute

  • A solid understanding of business and economic contexts

  • You constantly teach yourself new skills and love experimenting with new technologies

  • You enjoy fixing bugs and have fun with probabilistic testing

  • You communicate clearly and solution-oriented (Slack, Jira)

  • You speak up immediately when stuck and appreciate the team around you
